Lots of fun and great wings at Wild Wings in Park Meadows last Thursday night. Koa Radio (850 am on the dial in Denver) presents a show each week at Wild Wings where former Bronco David Treadwell and KOA’s Andy Lindahl interview current Denver Bronco players. Last week Malik Jackson was their guest and what a personable and interesting young man he is. It was fun to hear all his experiences as a football player. He was more than happy to sign autographs and have his picture taken. He even put on the Wild Wings crown for photos. I hope someday we can have him as our guest at one of our quarterback club dinners.
Former Bronco and recent Ring of Fame inductee Gene Mingo was also there with his wife. It was such a thrill to see him. He sat with David and Andy and told wonderful stories about his career. He was happy to sign autographs and have pictures taken, too.
We have a great group of players and former players. They know that we are the best fans in the nfl. Be sure to stop by Wild Wings next Thursday for the KOA radio show where they will have another current player as their guest.
